Emer Landers Awarded Music Bursary by The Arts Council of Ireland

Emer is delighted to announce that she has been awarded a Music Bursary by the Arts Council of Ireland in Round 1 of their 2022 funding, which will allow her to develop a new album of 12 original tracks inspired by the post-minimalist, contemporary classical genre.

The award is intended to support professional individual artists in the field of music to develop their arts practice.

This specific bursary is worth just over €19,000 and will allow her to spend valuable months’ worth of time researching and developing new ideas and compositional techniques, and will also fund her time to compose each of the 12 new tracks in her studio.
